The state of the world 2004

Danielle Nierenberg, investigator and Worldwatch Institute, will present on Tuesday, February 13, at 8 p.m., in the Sa Nostra Cultural centre in Palma, "The State of the World 2004", this year focused on the consumer society. State of the World is the flagship publication of the Worldwatch Institute. The Institute's distinguished research team brings an interdisciplinary perspective to data from around the world, providing information on how to build a sustainable society.

For the 12th year running, the publication has been translated into Catalan by the Centre Unesco de Catalunya, with collaboration by the Fundació Caixa Sabadell and the Fundació Sa Nostra.
