Fifth edition of the Balearikus Party

Gathering of fans of computers, Internet, Linux and games on the Net.

On December 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, at the sports centre of the Balearic University, the fifth edition of the Balearikus Party will be held. This is a meeting for amateurs of computers, Internet, the world of Linux and net games, organised by the association Balearikus Party sponsored by UIB, CampusEsport, Telefónica, CAM, Cisco and BalearWeb

The organisers expect 500 participants, a figure that corresponds to the limit of seats available. The registration, open from November 15 to 22, costs 60 euros and includes the right to attend the five days of the event, and the right to participate in the tournaments and contests to be held.

More over there will be several lectures and a workshop about robotics with free entrance for the general public, not only for the participants in the Balearikus Party.
