Do you think the administration should buy Raixa?

According to the press, the German designer, Jil Sander (Wesselburen, 1943) has signed a purchase option for 1,400 million pesetas for the property Raixa, one of the most emblematic stately homes on Mallorca, situated in the municipality of Bunyola, owned by the heirs of Antoni Jaume Nadal.

Raixa is classified as a Cultural Interest Property (BIC), so that the Consell de Mallorca and the Govern de les Illes Balears can decide over the next two months the possibility of first refusal for the property and offer 1,400 million pesetas to acquire it.
