Old house refurbished and fitted with the latest in domestic technology.
The architect Vicenç Mulet and the engineer Miquel Arbona from the firm Nord Arbona Pizà have created Algaida Space, an old house refurbished and fitted with latest in domestic technology. A small and easy to use touchpanel Creston allows control of sound and video systems, lighting, climate, alarms, etc. Everything configured with the Berker Instabus EIB System, that permits a totally integrated control of the electrical systems and home functionalities. This system allows savings in the installation and energy consumption, and simplifies the duplication of some devices and the expansion of control and functional capability.
Algaida Space has been conceived as a meeting place for all those professionals (architects, engineers, interiors designers) and the public in general interested in learning more about the benefits of installing domestic technology, taking in account the context and environment.
