Gathering of Musicians for the Catalan Language
On June 16th and 17th in the Plaça des Mercat in Manacor.
The seventh "Trobada Músics per la Llengua", organised by Músics per la Llengua, will be held on June 16th and 17th with two macro concerts in the Plaça des Mercat in Manacor.The Gathering will have the participation of over 50 groups and soloists from the Balearics who are committed to their language and culture.
The Trobada Músics per la Llengua was held for the first time in Santa Eugènia in November 2000. The second edition also took place in Santa Eugènia in March of 2002. The third Trobada was held in October 2002 in Eivissa town. The the fourth took place in May 2003, once again in Santa Eugènia. The the fifth was held in December 2004 in the Assaig club in Palma. And the sixth was held in July 25 in Ciutadella and Artà.
