International Jazz Festival in Sa Pobla
From July 31 to August 28 in the Plaça Major of the town.
The a href="http://www.ajsapobla.net/jazz.html">12è Festival Internacional de Jazz de sa Pobla will be held from July 31 to August 28. The Festival features five concerts with free entrance that will take place at 10.30 p.m. in the Plaça Major of the town.
The first concert, on Monday, July 31, will be by Scandinavian quintet Atomic. In August, on Tuesday 8, it will be the turn of blues with the performance by Ana Popovic Blues Band, on Wednesday 16 the Mallorcan guitarist Biel Ballester will play and on Tuesday 22 Billy Cobham's band will be on stage. Finally, on Monday 28, the last concert of the Festival will be given by North-American saxo player Steve Coleman.
