Mediterranean Poetry Festival

The central event will take place on June 2, in the Teatro Principal.

The twelfth edition of the "Festival de la Mediterrània" will take place the 31st of May to the 2nd of June, organised by Fundació Casa Museu Llorenç Villalonga and directed by the writer Biel Mesquida. The central event will take place on June 2 at 9 p.m. in the Teatre Pricipal in Palma.

Fifteen poets from different cultures will participate in the meeting: Jaume C. Pons in Catalan; Josep Pedrals in Catalan; Blancallum Vidal in Catalan; Arnau Pons in Catalan; Antoni Canu in Catalan; Nicole Brossard in French (Quebec); Jacques Dupin in French; Saleh Abdalahi Hamudi in Arabic (Sahara); Nevena Budimir in Serb; Carles Santos in Catalan; Christian Uedz in German; Mustafà Koz in Turkish; Peru Saiz Prez in Spanish; Aderemi Raji-Oyelade in Nigerian; and José Viale Moutinho, in Portugues.
