The Cycle Musicians of the World Ends

The Cycle Músicas del mundo, that has been held at the Fundación "la Caixa" in Palma in October and November, will end with two concerts.

Next Tuesday November 20, at 8 p.m. Boban Mrkovic Orkestar will perform. It is made up of a dozen musicians and considered to be the best brass band of Serbia. The sounds of the trumpet and the violin, together on the same stage, bring the audience close to the traditional music of the Balkan gypsies.

The last concert in the cycle will take place on Friday November 30, at 8 p.m. with the performance by Huun-Huur-Tu, a group made up by four musicians, who will interpret an ancestral tradition: the guttural songs from Mongolia.

Entrance is 500 pesetas, and tickets can be acquired up to three hours before the concert from ServiCaixa, or as from two hours before at the Fundació "la Caixa".
