Jazz Voyeur Festival 2006

Opening concert by the SFJAZZ Collective.

Last Friday, in the Casal Solleric in Palma, the presentation of the programme of the Jazz Voyeur Festival 2006 took place, which includes seven concerts, a cinema show, a photographic exhibition, a round table and master classes. The presentation gala featured some videos of the previous editions and a concert by Bilonda Mfunyi-Tshiabu, Daniel Roth and Cacho Montés.

The third edition of the Jazz Voyeur Festival will being on Thursday, April 6, in the Palma Xesc Forteza Theatre with a concert by SFJAZZ Collective, a well known band from San Francisco (California).

The programme of the Festival will continue until July with the following concerts: Dave Holland Quintet at the Palma Conservatory (May 4), Gloria Gaynor at the Gran Casino Mallorca (June 24), Toquinho at the Palma Auditorium (June 30), Brad Mehldau Trio at the Bellver Castle (July 7), Roberta Flack at the Gran Casino Mallorca (July 15) and Herbie Hancock at the Gran Casino Mallorca (July 23).
