The Short Film Festival ends

The fourth edition of the Festival de Cortometrajes de les Illes Balears, that was presented last July during the concert by Chick Corea, will end the in the patio of the Centro Cultural la Misericòrdia in Palma on Saturday September 6 at 9.30 p.m. with the prize giving followed by the performance by Pablo Carbonell y las Alimañas del Swing.

Last weekend the short films chosen in the categories Balear Screen and musical Videoclips were shown and next Thursday September 4 and 5 the chosen short films in the category Fiction will be shown.

Meanwhile, within the programme of activities parallel to the Festival organised by Fona Artists, the three exhibitions in different areas in the Misericordia will remain open until September 14. These are by the artist Adolf Gil (Muro, 1970), the photographer Pep Bonet (Colònia de Sant Jordi, 1974) and that called "30 anys del GOB", that shows a selection of the campaigns carried out by the GOB over their ten decades of existence.
