Gossalba is a historic 18th-century estate located in Sant Joan, in the heart of the Pla de Mallorca. Today, the estate is a benchmark for sustainable agriculture, with an olive grove of 2,000 trees dedicated to the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) under the Oli de Mallorca Designation of Origin. Although its agrotourism facilities are temporarily closed throughout 2026 for renovations, the estate’s productive activity remains more vibrant than ever.
