LaVila.org: Santa Margalida on Internet

Coinciding with the first anniversary of the celebration of the Santa Margalida Fair, LaVila.org has reformed and increased its pages. The association "LaVila.org" is a project that started a year ago after conversations between a group of enthusiasts who wanted to create the first reference to Santa Margalida on Internet. LaVila.org has the support and participation of many entities and businesses of the municipality and its creators define it as "a web page that will grow day by day with new incorporations and initiatives, with the technological advances and new utilities, with imagination and dreams."

Amongst the novelties, we point out the original and novel section "Donations" that facilitates donations for restoring the town church via Internet, offering a live example of electronic commerce.

On Sunday, April 16, within the programme of "La Fira" LaVila.org offered an exhibition of their premises in Santa Margalida, showing their web and information about Internet to visitors and residents of Santa Margalida interested in the subject.
