Gourmand World Cookbook Awards
within the category of "French Cuisine".
The Gourmand World Cookbook Awards is an International competition and
after the selection of the winners of each category and language, the book
"La Cuina de la Revolució Francesa" will compete in the final together
with other winners for Best in The World. The 2001 Best in The World will
be announced at the television Gala Dinner in
Périgueux,
France, in the heart of Dordogne province, on December 6, 2001.
Miquel Ferrà introduces us with this book in the magic world
of the French Cuisine, and to its influence on the Balearic costumes, art,
